Yes, there is joy in the household of Maiduguri billionaire and one of Africa’s most successful businessmen, Muhammad Indimi, the founder of Oriental Energy Resources, a leading privately owned Nigerian oil exploration and production company.
At the moment, the Indimis home and abroad are plotting and planning to celebrate the patriarch of the Indimi dynasty who clocked 70 this August.
Few days back, the billionaire was treated to a surprise birthday dinner by the governor of Gombe state, Dr. Ibrahim Dankwambo.
The governor had invited the Oriental boss to his domain to commission one of the roads named after him in honour of his birthday.
The commissioning ceremony was later wrapped up with a dinner which had in attendance some high profile guests. Unknown to many, Muhammad Indimi was not born with a sliver spoon.

As a
matter of fact, he had a deprived childhood and could not get a formal
education because his father could barely afford it.
But the young Indimi
weathered every storm life threw in his path at a tender age.
Today, Muhammad
Indimi sits atop Oriental, which he founded in 1990 and has nurtured to
prominence.
According to sources, aside the Gombe surprise birthday dinner
hosted in his honour, the Indimis reputed for throwing classy high-profile
parties are planning a grand private dinner somewhere outside the shores of
Nigeria to celebrate him.
Muhammad Indimi who is also an in-law to President
Buhari is a philanthropist of great repute.
And through his Indimi Foundation Initiative,
he has touched many lives especially in his home state of Borno.
The Maiduguri
billionaire was recently honoured as the Obong Uforo Mbo in Akwa-Ibom for his
humanitarian efforts.
